At Ethereal Visions Conjure, our products are handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all product sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products once an order has been placed or received, except in limited circumstances determined by Ethereal Visions Conjure.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to condition candles, condition oils, spiritual curios, ritual products, and other handcrafted items.

Special Circumstances

In certain circumstances, a refund or other resolution may be considered at the sole discretion of Ethereal Visions Conjure. Examples may include receiving an incorrect product, receiving a product that arrived damaged, or another significant issue involving the fulfillment of your order.

A refund is not guaranteed simply because an issue is reported. Each situation will be reviewed individually before a determination is made.

How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for consideration under a special circumstance, please contact us by email as soon as possible after receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and any damage, defect, or issue

• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

Photos may be required before a refund, replacement, or other resolution can be considered.

After reviewing the information provided, Ethereal Visions Conjure will determine whether the circumstances qualify for a refund or other resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please do not discard the product or packaging before contacting us. Photographs of the product and packaging may be necessary to properly review the issue.

We reserve the right to request additional information or photographs before making a determination.

Final Sale

By placing an order with Ethereal Visions Conjure, you acknowledge and agree that product purchases are final and that returns and refunds are not ordinarily accepted.

Any exception to this policy is determined on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide refunds or returns for future orders.

Ethereal Visions Conjure condition candles are handcrafted spiritual and ritual products created with care, intention, and, where applicable, herbs, oils, botanicals, crystals, fragrance, and other decorative or ritual ingredients. These candles are intended for spiritual, ritual, decorative, and entertainment purposes only. Please read and follow all candle safety instructions before use.

Fire Safety: Candles contain an open flame and can present a fire hazard if used improperly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from anything that can catch fire, including curtains, paper, bedding, clothing, furniture, and other flammable materials.

Burn Within Sight: Always keep a burning candle within your sight and extinguish it before leaving the room, going to sleep, or when the candle is no longer being actively monitored.

Keep Away from Children and Pets: Keep candles, matches, lighters, and candle accessories out of the reach of children and pets. Children and pets should never be left unattended around a burning candle.

Place on a Stable Surface: Always place the candle on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface before lighting. Do not place a burning candle on or near surfaces that may become damaged by heat.

Keep Away from Drafts: Do not burn candles near drafts, fans, air-conditioning vents, open windows, or areas with significant air movement. Drafts can cause uneven burning, excessive flame movement, soot, or accidental ignition of nearby materials.

Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch or according to the specific care instructions provided with your candle. A properly trimmed wick can help promote a safer and more controlled burn.

Burn Time: Do not burn the candle for longer than the recommended amount of time provided with the product. Extended burning may cause the container or surrounding surface to become excessively hot and may affect the candle's performance.

Container Safety: Candle containers may become extremely hot during use. Never touch, move, or pick up a burning candle or a recently extinguished candle until it has completely cooled. Do not use a candle if its container is cracked, chipped, damaged, or otherwise compromised.

Burning to the Bottom: Do not burn a candle all the way to the bottom of its container. Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains, or earlier if otherwise instructed. Burning a container candle beyond its recommended stopping point may cause excessive heat and increase the risk of damage or breakage.

Never Move a Burning Candle: Do not move a candle while the wax is liquid or the flame is burning. Allow the candle to cool completely before moving it.

Keep the Wax Pool Clear: Do not place matches, wick trimmings, herbs, crystals, paper, glitter, oils, powders, petitions, or other objects into the candle unless they were intentionally incorporated into the candle during production and are specifically intended to remain there. Foreign objects may become flammable or create an unsafe burning condition.

Decorative and Ritual Ingredients: Some spiritual candles may contain herbs, botanicals, oils, crystals, charms, powders, or other ritual ingredients. These materials may affect how a candle burns. Do not add additional herbs, oils, powders, crystals, paper, or other materials to a burning candle. If a candle includes decorative or ritual elements that are intended to be removed before burning, remove them as instructed before lighting.

Do Not Ingest: Candles and their ingredients are not food products. Do not ingest candle wax, fragrance oils, essential oils, herbs, botanicals, crystals, or other materials incorporated into or supplied with the candle.

Allergy and Sensitivity Notice: Candles may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, botanicals, herbs, or other ingredients that may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals. Avoid direct skin contact with candle ingredients, wax, or fragrance materials. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue contact and seek appropriate professional medical advice if necessary.

Ventilation: Burn candles in a properly ventilated area. If you experience discomfort from fragrance, smoke, or other emissions, extinguish the candle and move to an area with fresh air.

Never Use Water to Extinguish a Candle: Do not pour water onto a burning candle or into hot wax. Water can cause hot wax to splatter and may create additional hazards. Use an appropriate candle snuffer or carefully extinguish the flame using a safe method.

Do Not Burn on or Near Heat-Sensitive Surfaces: Burning candles can generate significant heat. Protect furniture and surrounding surfaces from heat, wax, and potential spills.

Candle Performance May Vary: Because our candles are handcrafted, variations in color, scent, texture, wax appearance, frosting, air pockets, surface finish, and burn characteristics may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
